Dvaita represents the “duality” of the inherent forms that a material takes and morphs into, once put in a controlled environment. It signifies the ephemeral isomorphic mimicry of brass that pretends to molten to morph into the sand molds. Almost as if the brass comes to life to realize itself into its true nature of a solid form. Rooted in the traditions of Dhokra metal craft, dvaita is a series of handcrafted brass furniture designed and crafted by Vakr Studio in an endeavour to revive the lost-wax technique. The result of this initiative is a complex form of intertwined planes, giving shape to the most beautiful composition. Every piece can be tailored to your preferences, with custom shape, size, colour, length, and height.
