All our Concrete & Rattan Products are suitable for Indoors & Semi-Covered Spaces. On request, we can make the same designs with outdoor/open to sky specifications. The Wooden Products are suitable for Indoors only.

The Wicker Weave, Concrete Top, Legs & Wooden Tops should be cleaned using a Soft Muslin Cloth with a non-chemical organic cleaner or water. Any spillage should be wiped dry with a soft cloth immediately as there could be a chance of staining.

There can be a minute difference in the concrete colour between the images here and the actual product. This is caused by the difference in hand casting process, screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays. If the moisture content in the air is high, the rattan tends to slightly change its colour over a period of time. This variation should be acceptable as we think it adds to the beauty of the furniture.

Since all our Products are Hand-made, it should be acceptable to have a slight mismatch in dimensions; up to 10mm-15mm.

We do not use hard and harmful chemical material on Rattan & Concrete Top. It is coated with an environment friendly organic sealer.

Though our products are as tough as they can be, but we still recommend using coasters or mats while keeping hot, cold or wet materials on the surface, else this may affect the top coat.

All our Products require a simple assembly/installation by a trained carpenter. This installation has to be done at the Delivery Address by the Client, using our Assembly Instruction Sheet.

We will soon be coming out with a nice chair for you to sit on and enjoy. Till then we suggest you Do not put heavy Weights on the table top. Do not Sit or apply Body Weight on the Table.

Since each Piece is handcrafted to suit the particular site requirement, all our Products are non-returnable.

Our Products come with a warranty limited to manufacturing defects only, valid from 4 months from the date of purchase.
