SHIPPING AND RETURNS
1. WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Once we get the pleasure of serving you with our products, ready for shipping items take approximately 15 to 20 days, whereas the customized products will take up to 4 to 7 weeks to be delivered to your doorstep. While we try our best to ensure that the product reaches you safely and sound within the delivery time communicated, any predicament may result in a delay. If such a situation arises, please do not worry and get in touch with us for an update at firstname.lastname@example.org if we have not notified you already.
Our delivery agents will ring your doorbell between Monday to Saturday. Once the shipment is ready for dispatch, you will receive an update via SMS and/or email informing you about the same.
2. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Since our company uses a Third-Party vendor for shipping, the delivery time may vary as per the place of delivery and Government holidays. Nonetheless, you will get a call from the Courier Company/Logistics partner confirming the provisional date and time of the delivery for your order, including the tracking details of the product. Though we cannot guarantee that the shipping vendors will act in conformity with our ethos, we can guarantee to help you every step of the way. The delivery agent will deliver the goods to your building premises/ house wherever it is physically possible to do so. Unfortunately, for higher floors, we are not equipped to deliver. If such a need arises, we urge you to arrange for a workforce at your end for a hassle-free job. The responsibility of our Courier Company/Logistics partner comes to a halt for orders above the ground floor.
Before ordering our products, please keep in mind the sizes mentioned on our website to see if the furniture you are ordering will fit into the entryways and rooms. We shall not be liable for any discrepancy arising because of the size. Furthermore, for any failed delivery attempts, inclusive of refusal to accept the product or unavailability, we do levy extra charges. If you are aware of the unavailability (in case of prior commitments or travel), please feel free to inform us in advance so that we can plan the shipping and delivery at your convenience.
Please note that we work around the clock so that goods delivered to you are in a spick and span condition; we secure them with wooden crates. These crates may cause some undue inconvenience but are unavoidable. It is our request for customers to kindly open the products themselves and inspect the same. Any defect or damage must be reported to the delivery personnel and our Studio Intrigue customer care immediately. Kindly mention the Invoice number along with Proof of Delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Delivery Personnel are not obliged or authorized to open the furniture or packages. Please note that their duty is to deliver the goods to the customer and they are not directly employed with Studio Intrigue. You are requested to cooperate with them and not force them to open the crates, packages etc.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if there is a reasonable apprehension that the address is not secure. If this affects an order you place, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
3. HOLDING COST or DELAYED DELIVERY CHARGES
If on your request, the order has been withheld at our warehouse, holding costs will be applied.
Extra charges will be levied for the weekend or specific time deliveries.
Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we will hold the products for 10 days. After this timeline, Studio Intrigue shall be free to charge for holding the products for longer, post this, a “Holding Cost” or “Delayed Delivery Cost” will be applicable to your total order on a monthly basis.
We will notify you via an e-mail with a detailed breakup of the charges levied (on a monthly basis) and/or bill you pro-rata for the number of days (if it's less than a month that the order delivery has been withheld on your request).
The holding cost is calculated at a rate of 5% against the total value of the order. Further bifurcation includes 18% GST applicable for this service.
We will only be able to dispatch the order after the payment of the holding cost.
4. ASSEMBLY OF OUR PRODUCTS
We at studio Intrigue provide an elaborated stepwise manual for assembling the ordered product. However, it may result in a tad bit of confusion. We urge our beloved customers to hire a Professional Carpenter at your end for a stress-free experience. Unfortunately, we do not provide any installation services yet.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We at Intrigue studio take pride in the exceptional quality of our handcrafted furniture. We are relentless in our attention to detail in design, material, and construction. Our dedication to customer satisfaction is the same.
1.What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

WHAT’S ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
1. Damaged and Defective:
If the product is delivered to you in a damaged condition, you can choose to return the product within 03 days of receiving the order. Please note that the natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) and the wooden top tables are made of reclaimed teak wood which tends to have grain and shade variations, are not defects. We urge our customers to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach proof of damage, i.e. photographs of the damaged product, within 48 hours of delivery. We shall take all responsible steps to fix any minor damages/defects but shall work with you throughout the way to fix major damages.
Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours, and a solution will be provided. If, in the opinion of Studio Intrigue, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Studio Intrigue, to address the issue. We require you to safely pack the damaged product and ship it back to our warehouse in Faridabad, Haryana, at the earliest.

2. Difference - If the item delivered to you is different (in shape or colour) from the item image on our website.
Our Concrete and Rattan Furniture is handmade. Any variations in the colour or weaving patterns are imperfections adding a tinge of more beauty to our pieces and are not a defect. Thus, these slight deviations shall be acceptable.
The Concrete & Rattan Table Legs are made using MS Rods and coated using Epoxy Paint. The paint is designed to withstand moderate humidity. In highly humid conditions, the legs might require an additional paint coat in due course of time.
3. Missing - If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.
WHAT’S NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
1. Relocation: Please note that if an item is sent to you in great condition and then dismantled for relocation, reassembly, or other reasons, Studio Intrigue will not be responsible for any damage to the goods.
2. We recommend you carefully analyze the sizes provided on the product page and determine if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. Any refund request circling issues with size will be complex for us to entertain. We only serve hand-made products; thus, according to industry standards, a slight variation of 10mm to 15 mm should be acceptable.
3. Customized Orders: If our products are customized as per your specifications, which include the Monogrammed/ Personalized items, we put our heart into the production immediately; thus, such orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any point in time. We will be unable to abide by the “Change of Heart” policy.
4. Final Clearance Sale: Products bought under final sale or clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Note: In certain situations where a replacement is offered, it shall only be replaced by the originally ordered item and cannot be switched against a variation in the current order.
RETURN AND REFUND
Any defect caused to the product by improper handling and assembly by the customers is not included under the warranty policy.
We do not offer replacement or refund for any defective products right away. Once we receive and assess the product and the refund is approved, you will receive the refund within 15 days to the provided bank account information.
Upon assessing the returned item, if you are eligible for a refund, the same will be initiated as per the following guidelines:
The refund initiation is subject to once we receive it in our warehouse at STUDIO INTRIGUE, Plot No. 9, First Floor Panchkuian Road, New Delhi - 110001.
Post receiving the products back to our warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 5-7 days. Refunds will be prompted via NEFT or by the way payment was originally made. Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.
We are incredibly cautious while crafting our products for you. Since they are all hand-made pieces, they come with a 03-months warranty from the date of purchase and only cover manufacturing defects. Please write to us at email@example.com in case such a need arises.
This crafted warranty does not apply to:
Minor cuts, chip offs or damages in the cleaning process by you.
Products exposed to direct sunlight naturally result in the decaying of wood over a period of time.
Note: Please keep in mind that with the passage of time, woods encounter minor cracks referred to as checks that do not hamper the life of the product at all and are not covered under warranty.
In case a situation arises where order cancellation is required, you can cancel your order for a Product at any time prior to delivery. If you cancel your order before the Company ships the Product, the Company will refund the full value of your order. If you cancel your order after the Company has shipped the Product, the Company will refund the order money deducting a 20% (Twenty Percent) processing fee. After delivery of the Products, no cancellation of the order is possible, and the sums paid are not recoverable.
